The Iranian national science foundation and the Iranian Society for the Promotion of Persian Language and Literature signed a cooperation agreement to accelerate the recognition and supporting of the scientific experts of the society in the field of literature.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, balanced support for research and assistance in the production of knowledge and strategic technologies is one of the goals that the authorities have always sought. Because by doing so and with the participation and cooperation of the scientific centers, we can take sustained steps towards sustainable development.

Therefore, signing a cooperation agreement with the scientific centers of the country has been one of the missions of the Iranian national science foundation to support scientific projects of researchers in the center. Therefore, 124 cooperation agreements have been signed by the foundation with various centers.

In this respect, a new cooperation agreement was signed between the Iranian national science foundation and the Iranian Society for the Promotion of Persian Language and Literature in order to recognize, establish communications, and support the experts of the society in this field in an accelerated pace. Supporting research projects, sending research priorities along with membership of faculty members in the researchers’ database of the foundation for judgement and monitoring of the projects are among the topics of the agreement.

Of course, in addition to these issues, other topics such as promoting Persian literature, raising public awareness of the importance of this science, the creation of the home of Persian language and literature, as well as innovation in the creation of new disciplines in the humanities and destining a better future of Persian language and literature in Iran are other topics of this memorandum of cooperation.

According to this report, the Iranian Society for the Promotion of Persian Language and Literature has been established with the aim of expanding and promoting science and qualitative and quantitative development of experts and improving educational and research affairs in the fields of language, literature, and culture. Therefore, maintaining the scientific, research, and technological fields will be followed up by signing this agreement.
