According to the communication and information center in the Vice Presidency of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, the 24th International Congress of Reproductive Medicine and the 19th Congress of Stem Cell Technology and Regenerative Medicine, with the presence of Ruhollah Dehghani, Vice President of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, and were held in the hall Conferences of Royan Research Institute.

In this ceremony, Dehghani pointed out that Royan is a gathering place for many proud scientists and said: These scientists have been proud not only in Iran but also in the world and I consider it my duty to pay respect to them.

The head of the National Elites Foundation considered Royan a university and a model for the proliferation of research, scientific and revolutionary space and added: This research institute is considered one of the most valuable achievements after the Islamic Revolution, which, with the help of the efforts of a man who believes in God and Iran, in the heart of academic jihad. This research institute is considered among the pioneers and main movers of the country in many fields, including stem cells, and has brought many honors to the country.

Dehghani stated that the Royan Research Institute is one of the most important assets of the country and said: Royan Research Institute and other research institutes and research institutes of academic jihad, including Sina and Motamed, are among the valuable capacities and capitals of this country, whose most important asset is the capable human force. They are humble and hardworking who work more than their efforts. We know it is our duty to provide them with the necessary support.

Vice President for Science, Technology and Science-based Economy, the president considered the field of medicine and health to be one of the leading and trend-setting fields of the country and said: the progressive trend and valuable achievements in the field of medicine and health have made Iran a power in this field. The field is relevant. The continuous effort of several years has been the basis of this success and I hope that this progressing process will continue with more strength by removing the lack of attention and carelessness that is shown to the medical and health community.

Dehghani considered science and technology diplomacy to be one of the pillars of the government's international interactions and added: In all his international trips and meetings, the honorable president pays attention to the field of science and technology as one of the axes of negotiations, and the main focus of these talks is the field of health, treatment and medical equipment.

In another part of this ceremony, with the presence of the vice president for science, technology and knowledge-based economy, Malek Hosseini, a pioneer in transplant science in Iran, Abbas Aflatoonian, a pioneer in the field of reproductive medicine, and Fereydun Mahbudi, a pioneer in the field of pharmaceutical biotechnology were honored.

It should be noted that the 24th International Congress of Reproductive Medicine, the 19th International Congress of Stem Cells and the 18th Seminar on Nursing Obstetrics and Gynecology has started on the August 29 this year and will continue until the 1st of September.
