This morning, the vice president for science and technology affairs opened the “Open Innovation Lab” of Mapna Group to develop new businesses and “Maad” accelerator to develop businesses producing drug raw materials.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, knowledge-based companies of Tehran and Alborz provinces hosted Sorena Sattari this morning.

Inauguration of Mapna Open Innovation Lab

The vice president for science and technology affairs and the CEO of Mapna group opened the “open innovation lab” with the goal of collecting creative ideas and guiding them to be turned into the required businesses of the technology market and Mapna group.

Open innovation lab started its activity with internet of things and data science accelerator. Nine teams are accelerated in six months, three of which are able to carry out the process successfully. The lab was established with the cooperation of the Vice-Presidency, the mayor of Karaj, the governor of Alborz and Mapna group.

Unveiling Airbus 320 Simulator

On the first part of the visit, Sattari visited the Airbus 320 Aircraft Simulator produced by Aseman knowledge-based company. The simulator is used to train pilots and flight crews.

Examples of training provided from abroad, based on the versatility of this device, can be trained, and with this device, training costs will be reduced by one tenth, while avoiding currency drainage, and will save time in training human resources.

Opening the Maad Accelerator

The vice president for science and technology affairs opened Maad accelerator in an area of 700 m² placed on Garmdareh in Alborz province containing a research and development lap, quality control and full-glass pilot line. The collaborative workspace, independent workshops and meeting rooms, the research and lab work space are the services offered by this accelerator to startups.

Visiting Fharmazand Knowledge-based Company

The technological activists of a livestock production company introduced their achievements to Sattari. Edible vitamin solutions, biotechnological edible solutions, vitamin water soluble powders, water soluble antibiotic powders are the knowledge-based company.

Pasouk Co. is active in the field of vaccine production and biological compounds used in veterinary medicine.

The vaccines of Newpasol 101, Flopasol and Newpasol 102, which are used to prevent and control two major poultry diseases, Newcastle and Influenza, are among the products of Pasouk Co.

According to the report, the “Alborz Innovation Factory” was opened in the presence of the governor and provincial authorities of the province as another part of the programs of this trip to Alborz province.
