The vice president for science and technology affairs added: the science and technology park of Kurdistan Province has had considerable achievements. However, the achieved goals of the park are far from the capacities of the province. For this reason, the infrastructure and facilities of the Science and Technology Park of Kurdistan Province need to be further strengthened and developed. Investing in the infrastructure of the Science and Technology Park and other components of the Innovation Ecosystem of Kurdistan Province is one of the goals pursued by the Vice President for Science and Technology in this part of the country.

Balanced Development of Innovation Ecosystem in All Cities of the Province

The president of the headquarters for culture knowledge-based economy pointed out the importance of balanced development of technology in the province, asserting: development of the ecosystem based on knowledge-based economy must not be limited to the capital of the province. Attempts must be made to make improvements in other cities of Kurdistan Province with the help of the science and technology park.

Sattari mentioned: when we talk about the capacities and resources of Kurdistan province, we first of all refer to the appropriate and strong human resources of the province. In addition to having good human resources, this province also has a remarkable historical background. Moreover, the culture of entrepreneurship has taken root in this province, and the people of this province are no strangers to entrepreneurship and the culture of effort and business.

Creative Industries Centered on Provincial Development

The vice president for science and technology affairs continued: creative and cultural industries are one of the axes that can cause significant growth and development of the province and bring proper economic added value.

According to Sattari, negotiations will be made with provincial authorities and managers of innovation centers in the province and proper decisions will be made in this field.
