Inquiry and notification of licenses for knowledge-based companies

Use of supports provided by the law is subjected to the inequity of the supporting organization from the secretary of the working group of evaluation of knowledge-based companies and approval of the companies by the mentioned secretary. Otherwise, the relevant executive organization will be responsible based on laws and regulations. Implementation of support defined by the law will be carried out based on the executive regulations approved by the working group.

In the event of any violation of the use of facilities by affiliated companies, they shall be punished in accordance with the penalties provided in Article 11 of the Law. After being approved by the working group, the companies of the list can benefit from the support law until further notice. However, they will be removed from the list in case of disapproval in the next assessment.
