The main area of activity of the fund is “information technology and financial relations (fintech)” and “biotechnology”.
The fund’s activity period is seven years, and underwriting contracts are provided by Fara Bourse member working groups of Iran. In this round, institutions commit to 34% of the asset and the remaining will be provided by the underwriting contracts.
Bourse-related venture capitals are designed and implemented as new investment tools with the cooperation of the Vice-Presidency and institutions in charge of the capital market for investment of the public in technological and knowledge-based projects.
In fact, these funds are venture capitals that seek to buy shares of new businesses (startups), as well as small and moderate businesses with a high growth potential. This type of investment is known as investment with high risk and return rates.
