According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, one of the goals of the deputy for management development & resources is facilitating the formation of sustainable jobs for experts and educated human resources, which is only implemented with innovative approaches.

Therefore, the deputy for management development & resources has aimed to perform several national programs with the cooperation of the budget and planning organization, ministry of cooperatives, labor, and social welfare, and the national development fund.

These programs include "enhancing the production scale and employment of powerful knowledge-based companies", "providing a marketing platform for domestic manufacturing equipment (intelligent knowledge-based products)" and "developing the production of six knowledge-based transformational products".

In addition, supporting the development of creative industries, the presence of private companies and large businesses in the field of innovation to make the best use of their capacities for the development of eco-friendly ecosystems, implementation of upgraded supply and demand for educated manpower by supporting the promotion of skills and employment, and creation and development of professional employment service centers in universities are other goals of the deputy.
