If we look fairly, despite all the shortcomings and problems, the country's progress in these forty-odd years in various fields, especially in the field of science and technology, has been so significant that it has revealed the hidden enmity of the world's arrogant people in these fields. This is despite the fact that in the first decade of these forty years, all the country's power was involved in defending its soil and honor against the all-out hostility and aggression of the superpowers, and in the last decade, it endured the cruellest international sanctions that the world community has not experienced so far.

Although the country's economic problems today are not hidden from anyone, the enemy's efforts are to identify the main cause and root of these problems, the country's lack of development in these forty years. This is despite the slow development of some fields, in the field of science and technology, the country has experienced rapid and extensive movement in these four decades. It is noteworthy that after the development of science and technology in the 70s and 80s respectively, innovation and production and, of course, wide entry into the world markets were among the most important goals of the 90s, which faced the strong barrier of comprehensive sanctions. However, the enemy's main trump card and our most important weakness can be seen in the lack of adequate information about the country's progress in these areas. As a result of this weakness, in some cases the enemy has managed to divert public opinion from the achievements of the country in a multi-dimensional media war and by exaggerating some existing problems, it has caused the inflammation of the money and capital markets of the country and as a result the flow of liquidity has been diverted from the path of production and development. And of course, it becomes an obstacle to the progress of the country.

This issue has caused the Supreme Leader of the revolution to emphasize the explanation jihad in the country. Despite the dear people not having enough information about the developments in the field of science and technology, the fact is that as a result of these developments, we are witnessing the formation of a wide range of small and medium-sized companies and intangible assets in the country, which, by giving identity and so-called identification of these assets, the infrastructure of prosperity and the development of the country will take place in the coming decades.

The loud and huge presence of the great nation of Iran in the march on 22 Bahman showed once again that despite all the bitter and sweet events and existing problems, the people are the main base and strong fortress of the Islamic Revolution, and with the support of these people, a new policy package can be adopted in the coming years and went towards the maturity of knowledge-based economy and exploitation of the capacity of intangible assets in the country.

One of the main policies of this package is the creation of a number of large technology companies in the world class, which not only play the role of driving the economic growth of the country, but also play the role of improving the market of small and medium companies. In this way, large companies, as leaders of economic flows, will transform the existing network of science and technology activists in the country into a dynamic ecosystem around a single goal, which is the development of a knowledge-based economy.

Another policy that is particularly important in this package is the creation of the intangible assets market in the country. The formation of this market has not only realized the real value of these assets, but also provides a platform for their entry into global markets, which will result in more currency than oil exports.

It is hoped that by paying serious attention to informing the country's achievements in all fields and realizing the desired policies in the path of developing the knowledge-based economy with the help of all the elements of the country and with the support of the people, we will witness the economic prosperity of the country more than before in the coming years.
