Dehghani announced; The beginning of extensive technological cooperation between Iran and Indonesia
The Vice-President of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy announced the start of a joint cooperation program for strategic technologies between Iran and Indonesia.
Ruhollah Dehghani, Vice President of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, said at the installation ceremony of the Sina remote robotic surgery system in one of Indonesia's hospitals: Today, we are witnessing a successful scientific and technological cooperation between Iran and Indonesia. This success can progress to the final stages, i.e., human tests, clinical studies and use in the field of treatment.
Vice President of Science, Technology and Knowledge-based Economy, the presence of desirable capacities and technological capabilities of the two countries is the basis for wider cooperation in various fields of technology and added: With a joint program that will be defined between Iran and Indonesia, we should have cooperation in other fields of technology as well. In the plans and agreements that were made between the respective officials of the two countries, the preparations for technological cooperation in various subjects and headings and soon the technology exchange program will begin between Iran and Indonesia.
Dehghani expressed hope that these cooperations will lead to an increase in solidarity, wider cooperation, and closer proximity between the two countries.
The head of the National Elites Foundation considered the religious and cultural commonalities and the deep history of interaction between the two countries to be the basis for the development of these cooperations and added: I consider Indonesia to be a good companion and partner for Iran in the field of technology and knowledge-based economy. I hope that joint and reliable technology companies will shine in the world.
