Parviz Karami, the secretary of the headquarters for culture knowledge-based economy, expressed during the opening ceremony of the new building of Tabriz elites foundation: fortunately, Alborz province has taken significant steps to provide technology and innovation infrastructure, and a cohesive team in the governorate, municipality and the National Elite Foundation with the support of the governor Mr. Shahbazi, the mayor Mr. Kamalzadeh and Dr. Nabiuni in the province's Elite Foundation has been formed in the elite atmosphere of the province, which will cause the province to reach its main position in the shortest possible time.

The advisor to the vice president for science and technology affairs considered Alborz Province as a strategic province in the economy of the country and proximity to the population living in Tehran in terms of consumer population and easy access to educational, health, medical facilities, water and soil capabilities, the establishment of strategic and large industries, the existence of natural and unique tourist attractions, location on the country's highways, easy accessibility to domestic and international airports, the existence of large universities, science and technology parks, research centers and 9 industrial towns and 3,500 industrial units are among the economic advantages of this province for investment.

He also considered the considerable contribution of industrial brands and companies to the production of products required for corona pandemic and even importing products to other countries as another advantage of Alborz Province. 

The advisor to the president of the national elites foundation continued: in addition to its many industrial advantages, Alborz province is also in a favorable position in terms of elite manpower, and without a doubt, the double activity in the field of science and technology will bring the province to its real position in this field.

The president of the information and communications center pointed out the construction of Karaj Innovation Factory with the help of the governorate and support of the Vice-Presidency as an important measure taken in the field of science and technology in Alborz Province and a foundation laid for elite and knowledge-based activities.

In another part of the visit, Karami mentioned the activities of the national elites foundation, specifically Shahid Ahmadi Roshan Project, affirming: most activities of the national elites foundation have incentive, persuasive and cultural aspects. In fact, Shahid Ahmadi Roshan Project includes a number of academic professors, talented students and government and national organizations and institutions.

The university professor defines the issue of industry in the form of a research proposal, and the top talented students use their knowledge and resources to solve it with the support of the national elite foundation.

The advisor to the president of the national elites foundation expressed that the fifth round of the project will be held with the support and cooperation of executive organization. In this regard, he asserted: undergraduate and graduate students with a GPA of 17 and 18 (out of 20), respectively, are allowed to participate in the project. In addition, academic awards will be given to professors and students covered by the foundation.

The secretary of the headquarters for culture knowledge-based economy emphasized: to begin the fifth period, the national elite foundation has sent letters to ministries, organizations and management agencies to raise their issues and challenges for the Ahmadi Roshan website. Over an agreement signed between the national elites foundation and other organizations, the costs of the event will be supported by those owing the challenge and the foundation will financially support the event to more support academic talents and eliminate problems in the field.

The advisor to the president of the national elites foundation marked: to date, 600 projects have been proposed in the event, and professors can select their desired projects from these works. Professors can also raise and work on topics outside of these projects, and in projects submitted by organizations and institutions, there are separate costs for students and professors that the National Elite Foundation receives from the relevant institutions.

The advisor to the president of the national elites foundation mentioned that the project plays a considerable role in occupation of elites and solving provincial problems, expressing: the outputs of these projects will play an important role in turning startups into knowledge-based companies.  

According to the report, the new building of Alborz elites foundation was held in the presence of Shahmoradi, the deputy governor, Kamalizadeh, the mayor of Karaj, and Nabioni, the head of Alborz elites foundation.
