According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the project of development of the market for knowledge-based products will be performed with the support of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs and under the supervision of the national technomart of Iran through marketing and selling of B2B product baskets by technology brokers.

The advantages of this project include decreased cost of marketing of enterprises, marketing of products by talented marketers, record of product in the system of national technomarket of Iran, presenting the products in international and domestic exhibitions and presenting products to small and large customers.

In the first phase of the project, nine marketing brokers are active. In addition, brokerages of the national technomart of Iran identify, evaluate and select the eligible products by working in specialized fields and in the form of separate projects. These brokerages create a “product basket” and use various tools, such as participation in exhibitions, holding commercial events, in-person visits, and design and publish of specialized booklets to develop the market and increase the sale rate of product basket.

The call for recognition of brokers of this project was announced in July and after receiving more than 25 requests and conducting necessary evaluations and educations, nine selected brokers have interacted with knowledge-based companies since October and knowledge-based companies can cooperate with them to record their product on “product basket” of brokers by paying a small amount of money.

All of the technological companies that are members of the system of national technomart of Iran are able to use the services of this project, and those that are not members of the system can freely joint the system by referring to the address of www.techmart.ir to in addition to introducing their services and products, use the benefits of this project and other similar projects in technomart.

The project of development of the market for knowledge-based products with various programs is being implemented the national technomart of Iran and with the support of the Vice-Presidency. In this regard, the first step is putting the marketing of B2B products on the agenda in the form of baskets.
