Conditions for creation of occupation in the aerospace network of schools and student research centers of the country will be provided.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the young aerospace club has aimed to equip research centers, hold workshops and scientific-specialized seminars and educational courses for graduates and students in the aerospace fields and other engineering fields to use the knowledge and technology of today to improve the scientific level of students.

Some of the goals of this plan are emphasis on development of required infrastructures for promotion and institutionalization of strategic and prioritized national technologies presented in the comprehensive roadmap of Iran, improvement of education and research tools used by students in schools as the reference for future researchers and industrialists, application of technologies of knowledge-based companies to present products, transfer of technology and creation of stable business opportunities. In case of implementation of this project across nation and with regard to the large capacity of schools and student research centers in the country and by participation of graduates of technical and engineering fields and enthusiasts of creation and flight of airplanes, about three thousand job opportunities will be predicted.

This will be realized only if the youth and elites change the current attitude of the society toward government employment and rely on their own knowledge and ability and be active in line with their specialty.

Some of the executive measures taken by Khalaghiat Bartar knowledge-based company as brokerage of the young aerospace club are holding special briefing workshops for university graduates and formation of the academy of young aerospace club.
