The first festival of aerial and aviation ideas will be held this February to nurture new and creative ideas in the aviation field.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the first festival of aerial and aviation ideas will be held with the support of the Iran national space administration and by the cooperation of the general office of cultural and social affairs of University of Tehran to nurture new and creative ideas in the aviation field, move toward the functionalization of creative ideas and commercialization and creation of dynamic interactions between modern needs of the country and activities of elites in universities.

The aim of this festival is creating links between idea owners, universities, investors and activists of the industry and to create the infrastructure for commercialization of applicable ideas in the aviation industry. Creating ideas will lay the foundation for focusing on new thoughts, ideas, innovations and inventions of young researchers. In addition, it leads to the promotion of this science and more participation of enthusiasts of the field by introducing the necessity of aviation sciences. In the next step, prominent individuals and phenomena are recognized and their potential is properly used, and the projects will be evaluated. Permanent holding of this festival will increase the tendency of domestic researchers toward this field.
