The regional technomart of Sistan and Baluchestan will be inaugurated in Zahedan as the 17^th section of the large national technomart of the country.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, inauguration license for establishment of technomart in Sistan and Baluchestan was obtained by the approval of the council of the national technomart of Iran and through various negotiations during the past few months. This office will be opened on Wednesday, January 24^th 2018 in the presence of authorities of Sistan and Baluchestan and managers of the national technomart of Iran and Pardis technology park.

The regional technomart of Sistan and Baluchestan, which is established by the supports of the technology park of this province, will help the marketing of technological products, exchange of technology, improving the technological level of industries located in the province, attracting investment for technological projects and facilitating their commercialization and interacting with other businesses.

Holding general introduction meeting for programs and services of the regional technomart, delivery of the software infrastructure of the technomart and holding the first coordination council meeting in the presence of representatives from related organizations are some of the programs of the inauguration ceremony of this regional technomart.

Based on the assignments contained in the comprehensive scientific map of the country and the announcement of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution and the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, responsibility of creation and management of regional and specialized technomarts in the country will be assigned to this office. To date, 16 technomarts have been established in provinces of Isfahan, Alborz, East Azerbaijan, Khorasan Razavi, Khuzestan, Semnan, Fars, Qazvin, Qom, Kerman, Kermanshah, Lorestan, Markazi, Hormozgan, Hamadan and Yazd, and the office of Sistan and Baluchestan is the 17^th regional technomart office with the mission of development of technology market in the geographical area.
