A cooperation agreement was signed between the strategic technologies development headquarter and Tehran-Pardis freeway company to create and improve the technology and entrepreneurship ecosystem and promote the culture of entrepreneurship and facilitation in the processes of involvement of the private sector in development of knowledge-based and creative businesses.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the agreement of “increase of penetration index of benefits of citizens from electronic tags and promotion of other qualification index in Tehran-Pardis freeway” was signed between the strategic technologies development headquarter and Tehran-Pardis freeway company.

According to this agreement, methods to increase the penetration index of benefits of citizens from electronic tags and promotion of other qualification index in Tehran-Pardis freeway will be realized by supporting new and creative startup ideas through education of business concepts and techniques to these new companies and facilitation of investment by creating the foundation and institutionalizing with a prosperity outlook toward this ecosystem in order to achieve sustainable welfare for beneficiaries of this freeway.

In addition, other goals of this agreement include supplying the required space for presenting and identifying new ideas in the business area, supplying software and hardware infrastructure through attracting the cooperation of government organizations, such as road construction ministry and police station for growth and acceleration of startups, and achieving a structural space for flourishing and sustainability of startups on the freeway.

An executive committee consisting of the representatives of the two parties of the agreement will be held to realize the articles of the agreement, who will make the final decision after presenting reports and receiving the opinions of experts of the committees or specialized workgroups.
