According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Mohammad Sharif Khani, faculty member of Sharif University of Technology, stated about holding the first national exhibition of occupation: history of holding this event dates back to 2011 in Sharif University of Technology, which has led to interactions between knowledge-based companies and first-rank graduates. In the past, this relationship led to the attraction of graduates by important industries of the country. Therefore, we have aimed to hold this type of events on a larger scale.

Sharif Khani continued: given the effectiveness of this event on recruiting graduates, the exhibition will be held in a larger space and outside the university to witness the holding of the first exhibition of work in Iran on the national level. This exhibition will be held with the support of industries that need elite manpower and top universities of Tehran, such as Amir Kabir, Iran University of Science & Technology, Tehran and K. N. Toosi University of Technology to witness a broader interaction.

Faculty member of Sharif University of Technology also expressed: educational workshops will be held along with this exhibition for job searchers to acquire the necessary skills in this area. In addition, knowledge-based companies that are introduced by the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs will receive discounts to participate in the event. By doing so, the costs of these companies will be reduced and they can benefit from specialized manpower.

Sharif Khani continued: attracting talented human resource is difficult and has no specific approach. Therefore, employers use different methods, such as advertisement on various websites or on paper, feedback of which is never determined. However, this exhibition will facilitate the mentioned process as a centralized reference.

The first national exhibition of occupation will be held February 22^nd-24^th, 2018 in Dialogue Boustan with the support of knowledge-based economy, technology and science development headquarter.
