The marine knowledge-based industries and technologies development headquarter will hold specialized educational courses in Amir Kabir and Malek Ashtar universities with the aim of improvement of knowledge level of students about the industrial condition of the country in marine field.
According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, development of knowledge and technology in the country requires the training of specialized resources and familiarization with the industrial condition of the country. Therefore, the marine knowledge-based industries and technologies development headquarter has aimed to constantly hold specialized educational courses in cooperation with the “Iranian Institute of Classification” to improve the knowledge level of students about the industrial and working condition of the country.
The course of familiarization with marine security assurance inspections (MWS) will be held in Amir Kabir University on Wednesday December 26th during 08:00-16:00 by Amir Masoud Rezvan Panah, the senior inspector of the Iranian institute of classification.
This one-day course includes primary definitions of off-shore operations, principles and necessities of monitoring of off-shore operations, TPA and its process, different types of marine operation and their monitoring method and role of marine security assurance inspector in marine operations.
In addition, the educational course of principles of documentation and design of floats according to national and international regulations of classification institutes will be held in marine university of Chabahar by Mahdi Omid Ali, senior inspector of marine security assurance inspections and inspector of KR classification institute of South Korea.
The main topics of this course include familiarization with the process of ship designing, learning about maps and technical documents of fleets (general, structural, machinery and electrical equipment documentation), familiarization with resources used in design of ships (classification institutes, Ayaks and IMO) and familiarization with project confirmation process of classification institutes.
