During the science and technology tours, the managers and authorities of Qom province visited Pardis Technology Park.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the knowledge-based economy, technology and science development headquarter hosts the visit of various delegations in the form of science and technology tours with the goal of creating the foundations for transfer of new technologies to the country and export of knowledge-based products with the cooperation of Pardis Technology Park. In the latest scientific tour, this headquarter was the host of a delegation of officials and authorities of Qom province.

Amin Reza Khaleghian, general director of international affairs and communications of Pardis Technology Park, stated in this visit: Pardis Technology Park operates under the supervision of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs and has had national and sometimes international missions. Therefore, it is distinguished from other technology parks of the country.

He regarded the cause of this event to be the need of the government to an infrastructure for implementation of some new projects, including the national technomart of Iran, innovation accelerator and the Mustafa Prize.

The current area of the park is 38 hectares, first phase of which is named Innovation Pardis with the area of 20 hectares and is currently exploited. The early stages of construction of the second phase of the park, or Pardis health technology park, are being carried out.

It is noteworthy that these science and technology tours are held weekly by the efforts of the knowledge-based economy, technology and science develooment headquarter and with the cooperation of Pardis Technology Park and Sharif University of Technology.
