According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the third round of the international conference of talent management in the third millennium will be held February 16^th-17^th, 2018 in the presence of domestic and foreign experts. This event, which will be held with the support of the Iranian national science foundation and cooperation of Sharif University of Technology, is a step toward management of talents and planning for optimal use of capacities and abilities of elites and national capabilities.

Similar to the previous two rounds, there are several programs to introduce new methods for finding and nurturing talents, introducing samples of new domestic and foreign technologies in talent management field, helping the improvement of future talents, and creating the foundation for exchange of ideas and experiences in the scientific society. In this regard, five educational workshops with relevant topics will be held. Moreover, lectures will be presented by five foreign researchers from Germany, Philippine and Turkey and 12 domestic lecturers. Some of the topics of this event include creating motivation in students, finding and guiding talents, importance of finding talents in children, talent a pattern for national development, management of talent process, management of talent for women and recognition of talents in the present era. Moreover, professor Ziegler, head of European Talent Support Network, will be one of the lecturers of the conference.

According to this report, Nosratollah Zargham, president of Iranian national science foundation, regarded the objective of this conference to be sharing of knowledge and experience of researchers and domestic beneficiaries to find new strategies for recognizing, nurturing and guiding talents and identify techniques for facilitation of use of technology in this field.

President of Iranian national science foundation stated: the foundation has aimed to publicize science concepts. In addition, if talent management is turned into a keyword for all managers, experts, people, students and school students, we will witness the flourishing of a creative, capable, talented and knowledge-oriented generation.
