According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Alireza Daliri, deputy for management and resources development headquarter emphasized the importance of providing facilities to investment, entrepreneurs and applicants of the private sector to create occupation, stating: facilities will be paid by financial institutes, such as Melli, Sepah, Refah Kargaran, Melat, Saderat, Tejarat, and Keshavarzi banks.

Daliri continued: these facilities will be provided for economic projects of the non-government section with the prioritization of economic fields that have a wide range of occupation opportunities, such as industry, agriculture and services.

Deputy for management and resources development headquarter pointed out the high-occupation economic fields of this project, expressing: activities of agriculture areas, including medicinal herbs, aquaculture, greenhouse cultivation, animal husbandry, conversion and complementary industries, technical and counseling services and other areas, such as high-occupation fields, are covered by this program.

He also added: in addition, activities in areas of industry, including clothing, leather artifacts, technical and engineering services, furniture, hand-made carpets and handicrafts, and service activities, such as information and communication technologies, guilds, health education and tourism, rural handicrafts, recreational centers, eco-camps for desserts, rural tourism, transportation services, energy management, health and medicine services, and businesses of sport industry, content production in area of information technology, and urban and social services, are some other economic programs of the non-government section with priority of economic fields.

Deputy for management and resources development headquarter also affirmed: all investment plans are monitoring based on the framework of the monitoring, control and management system of investment projects using various tools. The projects are approved by the relevant executive organization, occupation work group (technical committee) of the province and the administrative institute, respectively.

According to this report, the facilities of the program of extensive occupation in line with the executive regulation with articles of (a) and (b) of note (18) of the law of budget will be provided for demanders in all of the country. In addition, according to the defined regulations and frameworks, applicants can sent a summary of projects through Kara system and complete their information on the website of http://kara.mcls.gov.ir.
