According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Nosratollah Zargham, president of Iranian national science foundation, stated on the third conference of management of talents in the third millennium: one of the features of this conference is presence of experts of the talent finding field from various countries, who will provide their experience to us. This leads to accelerated pace of development of various scientific fields and advancements in light of this cooperation between scholars of various fields.

Zargham pointed out the issue of scientific diplomacy and its importance, adding: companies must expand scientific diplomacy as a benefit since this type of cooperation will result in many successes. The national science foundation has the same goals, for which various agreements have been signed with several science centers of different countries. In addition, these interactions help improve the scientific side of Iran in the international platform.

He mentioned the 12 strategies of the foundation and use of scientific capacity inside and outside the country, affirming: therefore, various programs must be performed in line with the realization of objectives of the foundation, including the support of scientific events and holding this conference. Therefore, the growth of scientific knowledge of the public in a country is one of the goals of the foundation.

President of the national science foundation also marked: given the finding of talents in managers, the audience of this conference is individuals with a role in identification of talents, such as families, kindergarten instructors, authors of children books, toy producers and psychology professors.

In another part of his speech, Zargham pointed out the importance of strengthening the scientific infrastructure of the country and implementing transformative research projects.

Faculty member of Tehran University expressed about the publicization of science: growth of public knowledge is an important issue that must be considered. By doing so, the public thinking occurs among society members and the society will move toward sophistication.

In this regard, an activity has been initiated which will lead to the implementation of five programs of family management, role of human resource in the individual, society and country destiny, role of social assets in individual, society and country destiny, economy of family and life style with an emphasis on quality of life.

The third conference of management of talents in the third millennium will be held January 17^th-18^th, 2018 in Sharif University of Technology.
