According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the third specialized meeting of the national program of future of science and technology in energy field (energy watcher) was held in the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs on January 6^th 2018 in the presence of a number of academic activists, the industry section, business or government authorities.

In the beginning of the meeting, Naser Bagheri Moghadam, secretary of the committee for management of the program, introduced the measures taken by the secretariat.

Following that, Mohammad Sadegh Khayatian, advisor to the deputy of policy making and strategic evaluation of the Vice-Presidency, introduced the national program of the future of science and technology and the desired approaches by explaining about the conceptual map obtained from studies and review of processes and macro processes that form future businesses, expressing the important position of startups in this image.

Jafari, one of the members of the secretariat of the program, presented a report of the passing of energy and related business opportunities. Jafari also referred to the occupational opportunities and threats due to this passing in the future.

On the other hand, Kashefi mentioned the importance of attention to international supports for performing research and executive projects in this area by business owners of this field, including startups.

During this meeting, Yadollah Sabouhi, advisor to the vice president for science and technology affairs, emphasized the theory principles in energy area, regarding the history of evolution of energy carriers and businesses of this field, focusing on attention to energy services instead of energy carriers.

Advisor to the vice president for science and technology affairs also referred to the measures taken by the Vice-Presidency in areas of energy and its optimization.

The meeting continued with the questions and answers of the audiences and lecturers, where the activists of the startups stated their issues and concerns. At the end, Ali Akbar Mohajeri, deputy for research and human resources of the ministry of energy pointed out the importance of holding similar meetings in the future and regarded intellectual birth due to these meetings as a proper solution for startups.

This meeting was attended by Ali Akbar Mohajeri, deputy for research and human resource of the ministry of energy, Dr. Yadollah Sabouhi, advisor to the vice president for science and technology affairs, Ahmad Khayatian, advisor to the deputy of policy making and strategic evaluation and secretary of the national program of future of science and technology, Kazem Kashefi, faculty member of research center of oil industry, and Bagheri Moghadam, secretary of the committee of management of the project.
