Strengthening of the relationship between education system and technology parks

A group of members of the parliamentary of education and research commission, along with Sorena Sattari, visited Pardis Technology Park of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs with the aim of more learning about the environment of technology parks and a tight connection between the educational environment and technology parks of the country.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the parliamentary of education and research commission is one of the specialized committees of the parliament, which is active in the area of public education, vocational education, higher education and technology research. In fact, this visiting of the park was carried out to create more connection between various educational levels of the country and technology parks and industrial environments. This event was carried out in the presence of Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs. In addition, the head of the delegation was Mohammad Mehdi Zahedi, head of research and education committee, along with a group of secretaries and members of the commission.

Saffarinia mentioned the large family of Pardis technology park, stating: the main areas of activities of companies located at this park include information technology, medicine and health. Moreover, companies are active in areas of nanotechnology and mechanics, and there are about four thousand individuals working at the park.

He also pointed out the role of Iranian national technomart and significant activities of Pardis Technology Park in the area of startups.

In addition, Sorena Sattari, introduced services presented at the Park and talked about some of the activities of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs over the past years, answering the questions of parliament members in this regard.

 

After the meeting, the permanent exhibition of achievements of member companies was visited and some of the companies of the park, such as Ravan Sazeh Co., Salman sustainable development and Seraj Fanamouz. At the end, the innovation center and accelerator of Yas and Shezan were visited as well.
