Nubakht pointed out that we have started construction works to transfer water from the Oman Sea and the Persian Gulf to Sistan and Baluchestan, and we hope that we can solve the water problem, he continued: The year 1400 is in the first place in the country in terms of ranking.

Pointing out that the main goal is to ensure the completion of plans and projects that we promised to do in previous trips, he added: in government trips for 86 plans and projects, more than eight thousand and 50 billion tomans of credit were injected into these plans. And we need more than 570 billion tomans to complete about 46 plans and projects before the end of the work of the twelfth government, and these credits have also been injected so that these projects can be completed.

The Vice President continued: "One of the important projects in Sistan and Baluchestan is the railway that 628 km of a railway line should be built from Chabahar to Zahedan. Fortunately, this project is in the final stages and we have the success that during the service of the twelfth government Zahedan route The Khash will be put into operation and the rest will be ready in the coming months.

"Fortunately, the railway is a big infrastructure project, and along with this plan, there is a plan for the Zahedan-Khash highway, which can be used as a south-northeast highway," he said. The implementation of infrastructure projects for Sistan and Baluchestan, including gas, water and 46,000 hectares of land in the Sistan plain, the necessary measures have been taken.

 Nobakht stated that the construction of 17,000 housing units was intended for the deprived, which is in addition to 10,000 housing units around the city of Zahedan and 5,000 around the city of Chabahar. He said: "Of these 17,000 units, we managed to get the key to 11,300 units." It was handed over to the families, and during this trip, 5,700 housing units were provided to the people covered by the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee, welfare and the deprived people who could not afford to build them.
