Sattari also said: "We need culture-building to create a new anti-narcotics system." Therefore, we would be able to accustom traditional structures to the entry of knowledge-based companies, creative companies and accelerators, technology and innovation.

The head of the Cognitive Science and Technology Development Office in the Vice-Presidency of Science and Technology added: "The world has moved towards the use of addiction treatment techniques." In another part of his speech, the Vice President of Science and Technology said: The Headquarters for the Development of Science and Technology of Medicinal Plants and Traditional Medicine in the Vice Presidency of Science and Technology can also use the knowledge of its knowledge-based companies to produce medicinal plants and herbal medicines and use the treatment of addiction that has been considered in the world.

The Vice President for Science and Technology believes that with the help of new techniques in the field of counter-narcotics, we can reduce costs and increase the durability of methods.

He also stated: The Anti-Narcotics Headquarters should enter the field of prevention, identification and treatment with the help of accelerators and knowledge-based and creative companies. These companies find the right and scientific path and move forward. You just support them.

Sattari also said that all the staffs of the Vice Presidency of Science and Technology are ready to cooperate with institutions related to this field for the development of anti-narcotics technologies and techniques.

Eskandar Momeni, Secretary General of the Anti-Narcotics Headquarters, also said at the meeting: "With the new scientific method adopted by the headquarters, the amount of discoveries in the first six months of this year was the same as in 2013 and 2014."
