Kermanshah’s innovation and technology ecosystem is boosted
This morning, Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs was welcomed by the governor of Kermanshah upon entering the province. The inauguration of several technological projects, such as the Innovation Complex with applications in the field of biology, is part of the plans of this one-day trip.
During the trip, Sattari talked to some of the managers and representatives of knowledge-based companies of Kermanshah during the exhibition of technological products of the province.
The first part of the trip included visiting the Polymer Complex of Kermanshah, which is a leader in the production of various grades of heavy polyethylene and polymeric materials in the country and is one of the producers of knowledge-based and technology products in this field.
During the trip, Sattari visited the achievements of Razi Bioproduction Knowledge-based Co., which is active in the field of producing various products such as anti-antibody diagnostic kit and medical and optical instruments. After visiting several knowledge-based companies and meeting with the managers and activists of these organizations, Sattari visited the exhibition of technological products of Kermanshah University of Technology.
The health technology growth center of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences has been established with the support of the Vice-Presidency. During the trip, an exhibition of technological products produced in this center was held, where Sattari learned about the latest technological achievements of the center.
In addition, the vice president for science and technology affairs opened an innovation complex of biotechnology in Kermanshah science and technology park. The companies and startups present in this park and Kermanshah province, while presenting their technological products in an exhibition, closely share their issues and challenges with the vice president.
During the trip, Sattari learned about the advancements made in various projects that are being implemented with the support of the Vice-Presidency. In addition, the Vice-Presidency is expanding innovation ecosystem in the province and is finishing several projects in the province.
Technology tower building, information technology accelerator and smart agricultural innovation center are other projects being implemented in the province with the help of the Vice-Presidency.
In the past, Sattari traveled to Kermanshah several times to follow the projects approved in previous travels.
