He considered the realization for the construction of rotary guided drilling equipment by experts of knowledge-based companies as a significant development in the localization of advanced equipment in the oil industry and added: based on the cooperation agreement between the National Oil Company as the operator, the Vice Presidency of Science as the supporting arm and the foundation and the knowledge-based company, the implementer of this technological and advanced plan, a valuable investment was made by large industries and the audience for the progress and development of the oil and gas industry, so that the completion of the value chains of this field will take a revolutionary step forward.

The vice president of science, technology and knowledge-based economy stated: 500 billion tomans of investment was needed to realize the construction of this instrument for the first time, of which 300 billion was provided by the vice presidency of science and 200 billion of which was provided by the contracting party, and the national oil company has guaranteed the use and exploitation of the services of this tool for 10 years.
