The High Technology Development Fund will hold the project of development of the market for knowledge-based products in cooperation with the techmart of the Vice-Presidency using the potentials of brokers in the network to facilitate demand for knowledge-based products in the country.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the product that qualifies for the Knowledge Base Product Development Plan must be on the knowledge-based product list or subject, as well as the product with the necessary certification and authorization. According to the project, the software projects approved by the accreditation committee of the Vice-Presidency will receive leasing facilities.

The accepted knowledge-based products can also be intermediary, capital, and consumer products (with especial monitoring conditions and confirmation of the national innovation fund). Accessories of knowledge-based products can be estimated in the value of the contract or pre-order leasing provided that they play a crucial role in the accurate performance of the product.

Vendor Conditions and Evaluation Indicators

The approved vendor must be confirmed by the qualification working group of knowledge-based companies. In addition, the vendors must have the capacity to produce properly regardless of current and future contracts.

Buyer"s Terms

In this project, buyers have private legal or cooperative (non-public and non-governmental institutions and companies) or actual characteristics confirmed in one of the legal systems (medicine, engineering and cooperative) or official organizations of the country (ministry of agriculture or chamber of commerce). The buyer should also be able to provide the necessary guarantees and repayment checks with respect to financial and creditworthiness.

Facilities  

The facility rate for this project is 9% for one year. The buyer will have three-six months before payment. The payment period is 36 months, and facilities will be 80% of the value of the contract or pre-order bill.
