According to the Communication and Information Center in the Vice Presidency of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, Ruhollah Dehghani, who spoke last night on the special talk program of Sima about the visit by the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution to the exhibition for the achievements of knowledge-based companies, said: This exhibition, which is for the second time was held last year, Alhamdulillah, it was inspected and noticed by the wise leader of the revolution, and he allocated a four-hour opportunity to visit the knowledge-based achievements presented in this exhibition and talk with the activists of the companies.

Referring to the thematic approach of this exhibition and focusing on the role of knowledge-based institutions in solving the technological needs of economy and industry, Dehghani said: This year's approach of this exhibition was seriously different from last year, and while last year's achievements were presented based on each institution and device. This year, the achievements were presented thematically in fields such as energy, water and environment, food, livestock and poultry, information technology of mines, transportation, agriculture, machinery and mines. The main goal of this exhibition was to show the role of knowledge-based companies in completing the value chains of various industries and the economy, and to show the gaps in the value chains that can be filled with the role of knowledge bases.

Referring to the export of more than 2 billion dollars of knowledge-based products by the end of this year, the vice president of science, technology and knowledge-based economy said: According to the customs statistics of 2022, we reached 600 million dollars of knowledge-based exports, and in 2022 this amount reached 850 million dollars. By the end of October this year, the export of knowledge-based companies has reached 1340 million dollars, and it is expected that the export of knowledge-based companies will cross the border of 2 billion dollars by the end of this year. Now we have 89 export destinations, and the discussion of science and technology diplomacy is seriously followed in the Vice Presidency of Science, so that we seriously follow these interactions with the countries that we are friends and closer to, and high-ranking delegations from these countries are guests every week. Iran's ecosystem of technology, innovation and knowledge-based economy are interactions that, in addition to the export of knowledge-based products, also provide the basis for authoritative technological cooperation with other countries.
