In this innovation center, a platform will be provided for the connection between the needs of the mining industry, the technology of knowledge-based companies and innovative ideas, and the support and guidance provided by this innovation center will form the basis for the definition of problem-oriented and innovative projects to help this industry.
This innovation and entrepreneurship center started its work in an infrastructure with an area of 280 square meters with an initial investment of 650 million tomans, and with the improvement of the infrastructure and the development of activities, there is the capacity for this increase in investment.
The Center of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of the Central Iron and Steel Company of Iran operates with the aim of connecting the academic circle to the industry, and more than 5 thousand students around this innovation center can help solve the needs of the industry and form a place of establishment and concentration of talents so that the capacity will eventually turn into innovation and solve the problem in the form of technology teams. Innovative teams will be supported through seed investment first, and if they have the characteristics of product production, they will be supported in the form of a contract with Iran Central Iron and Steel CVC Fund.
Allocation of shared work space, holding idea meetings and business meetings, specialized educational workshops and market creation for innovative projects are only a part of the services that this innovation center based on the startup studio or innovation factory model offers to idea makers.
