"The point that you said you will follow is very important and it is a task that can be conducted by the vice president"; This was the sentence that the leader of the revolution addressed  in September 2022 to Dehghani Firouzabadi during the meeting of the elites. In this meeting, Dehghani announced the serious determination of the Vice Presidency of Science and the National Elites Foundation to manage the realization of the knowledge-based economy, based on the national system of innovation "in all the elements and processes of the country" and said that the knowledge-based production leap law has produced many capacities that "Vice Presidency of Science should be able to be the representative of the president in the position of coordinator, supporter, strategic monitoring and follow-up and evaluation of the performance of all the country's institutions for the implementation of the national innovation system based on this law".

The approach that Dehghani spoke about is one of the most vital needs of the country, on which the solution of various problems, especially economic challenges, depends, and during the past few decades, the leader of the revolution has made a discourse and pursued its realization step by step. A task that is, of course, difficult and full of obstacles and requires a national determination.
