The vice president for science and technology affairs stated: booming of knowledge-based production is one of the most essential priorities of activists in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem. The booming of these products will be realized by constructive interaction among academics, industries, knowledge-based activists and startups on the foundation of innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, visited Salman Nab Steel Co. during his one-day trip to cities at west of Mazandaran province and observed the latest knowledge-based achievements of activists of this factory.

In the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, we have attempted to create a new form of interaction among academics with industrial abilities by providing the new and dynamic ecosystem, the result of which is booming knowledge-based industries with value added and considerable level of occupations. With the help of innovation and knowledge-based businesses, these industries can improve production and close the door to extensive import of products from other countries.

In addition, Sattari talked about supplying the sanction technological needs by the effort of the activists in the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, expressing: one of the benefits of opening the field to knowledge-based companies and startups is supplying specific products and services that cannot be easily obtained due to limitations and sanctions.

Sattari reminded the importance of emphasis on the province to create the necessities of the ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship, adding: innovation centers and science and technology parks must be created in the city and active sections in the investment field must invest on creative ideas of graduated youth. While proper steps have been taken, there is still a long way to reach the ideal point, decrease of which requires serious determination in all parts of the province.

The vice president for science and technology affairs also talked about serious and effective steps of this center toward infrastructural support of development of the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, adding: we take serious steps toward the support of the innovation ecosystem of Mazandaran province, and the priority of this year is supporting the infrastructures with the goal of improving the ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship.

Sattari considered the implementation of the law to support knowledge-based companies in the past few years a serious step toward the booming of this ecosystem.
