Dehghani considered the boom in the flow of digital startups as a result of the growth of the fourth generation internet infrastructure and facilitating people's access to smart mobile phones and added: with the occurrence of these two infrastructure leaps, which with foreign and domestic investment on startup solutions that provide people's general needs such as shopping, along with transportation and..., formed an energetic wave of digital startups in the country, which achieved valuable successes and boosted the economy.

The vice president of science, technology and knowledge-based economy, pointing to the necessity of activating all the capacities of the digital economy and realizing data governance, said: The fact that we should pay attention to is that the digital economy, which was one of the most fundamental foundations for the realization of San'at 4. in Our country, it is not complete and has not used all its capacities, so many capacities in this field are still neglected, including the fact that data governance has not yet been achieved in our country, either in the public sector or in the private sector.

Emphasizing that in the ecosystem of innovation and technology, we need to define new elements such as corporate innovation centers, he continued: corporate innovation centers as one of the new components of this ecosystem by taking inspiration from the past experience of innovation centers, solving its problems and mistakes and creating new requirements to become a place to meet the needs of the industry and the growth of new companies.

The vice president of science, technology and knowledge-based economy, stating that the law of knowledge-based production leap law with the tax credit tool has become the lever of the engine of knowledge-based economy, added: Recently, we witnessed Mobarakeh Steel's investment of 860 billion tomans in 26 knowledge-based companies, 400 billion of this investment was financed by tax credits. The new opportunity that the knowledge-based production leap law gives to CVC funds can be a signifier of new events in various fields with high depth.

Dehghani expressed hope that this new capacity can be the basis for the survival of elites with the help of capable knowledge-based companies and nascent knowledge-based companies that can be formed with the motivation of our elites and solve the needs of the country.
