“Iran Sakht” will thrive by holding “Iran Lab Expo”
In its 7th round, Iran Lab Expo seeks to support Iranian-made knowledge-based products with more acceleration, compared to previous rounds.
According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs quoted by information headquarter of “Iran Sakht Fair”, the latent capacity among knowledge-based manufacturers in the localization of laboratory equipment and services requires particular attention. The beam of knowledge-based discourse shines in the light of this empowerment. However, it was necessary for the most important target markets of these capabilities to reach the rightful Iranian producer. There was a need for a new understanding of the lab equipment that would unveil the domestic brand name, and to create consumer confidence. Sensitivity of research work demands the existence of efficient and accurate devices. A number of Iranian knowledge-based companies have crystallized these features even in some cases beyond similar international counterparts. As the custodian of the support of knowledge-based products, the Vice-Presidency held the first round of Iran Lap Expo to pave the way for presenting the abilities and interactions among producers and audiences.
The first step was started by attendance of 120 companies and giving 50% discount to universities and research centers was a great incentive so that the achievements of Iranian technologists in the field of laboratory equipment production could be exhibited. On its sixth round, the exhibition was able to showcase more than nine thousand and 35 products of 337 knowledge-based companies to domestic and foreign buyers.
The exhibition, with a strong presence of buyers from various scientific centers, reached a definitive sale of 965 billion riyals and provided a good market for Iranian-made lab equipment manufacturers.
In previous rounds, depending on the state of the art technology required, subsidies of 10 to 50 percent are subsidized for the purchase of universities and research centers throughout the country, and leasing facilities for private-sector buyers.
The registration for the seventh exhibition is started and registration is carried out on the website of www.iranlabexpo.ir.
