These two memorandums are in line with the implementation of Part 5, Clause B, Note 16 and Clause A, Note 18 of Budget Law 1400 to create employment and technology development and entrepreneurship with priority in provinces with higher unemployment rates, signed by Sorena Sattari, Vice President of Science and Technology and Reza Dolatabadi, CEO of Tejarat Bank,

Financing in the field of knowledge-based and creative, strengthening the ecosystem of a knowledge-based economy, and helping to create, develop and produce and create entrepreneurial employment is the subject of these memorandums of cooperation.

Other issues include the provision of facilities to knowledge-based, creative, and technology companies approved by the Vice Presidency of Science and Technology to develop production and employment.

This memorandum determines the implementation of the second part of Note 16 of the Budget Law of 1400 for the whole country, announced by the Central Bank on granting facilities to knowledge-based and technology companies.

Also, the establishment and development of interaction between the Vice Presidency of Science and Technology and Tejarat Bank in related fields and the provision and creation of various financial and banking services are among its provisions. And granting various facilities in the form of Islamic contracts, opening Rial and foreign currency documentary credits, providing various electronic services by the network of branches and electronic portals of the bank to provide better services within the framework of current bank rules and regulations and rules issued by the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran that is followed in this memorandum.

Based on this, the bank identifies knowledge-based, creative and technology companies that have the necessary capacity to have the necessary support of the scientific vice-chancellor and are approved by this vice-chancellor and provide the necessary services to them. These businesses provide fewer financing worries for them.
