Dr. Rouhani pointed out that startups have created great changes in all aspects of the country. Today, a startup is able to create many occupations in the country. In this regard, he stated: resolving problems in the startup process is a heavy responsibility of the government, and with the use of cyberspace and startups, we can reconcile the market with the manufacturer.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs quoted by the information headquarter of the presidency, Dr. Hassan Rouhani, expressed on the meeting of smart Iran and the opening ceremony of the 25^th Elecomp exhibition: while some might misuse this advantage in favor of a person or a group, a large and global movement cannot be stopped with the abuse of some individuals. 

Dr. Rouhani mentioned that today, economy and occupation are not the only topics discussed on the cyberspace or in the move toward a smart Iran. He added: socially, culturally, and politically, the cyberspace has simplified the participation of people in all affairs of the government. The public scores the authorities and determines their level of eligibility. In addition, proper opportunities have been made in the field of social transformation in the Iranian society.

The president of Iran appreciated the great change made in the country by new business companies. Before the speech of the president on the ceremony of smart Iran and inauguration of the 25^th international Elecomp exhibition, a number of young managers of successful startups explained their activities to Dr. Rouhani in a friendly meeting and expressed their problems since the beginning of their activity, demanding support for new businesses and startups.

After hearing the problems of the active youth and problems of young managers, Rouhani ordered conducting a meeting with ministries in the presence of managers of companies to solve the problems and eliminate the barriers to the activities of these companies.
