There are 450 Powerful Knowledge-based Companies in the Field of Export

 

Reaching the international markets is one of the long-term and desired goals of all knowledge-based companies in the country. One of the best ways to be acknowledged in the market may be providing the quality of one’s service or product to international customers. It is important to produce products with the same standards of acceptable brands of the world so that the trust of customers from other countries could be gained in buying their products.

This has happened for Iranian knowledge-based companies, and some domestic productions are exported to other countries. Most of these products are related to drug and treatment areas. In this regard, drugs that are completely produced by domestic knowledge-based companies have reached the international markets owing to their high quality. According to the latest information and reports, more than 450 knowledge-based companies have exported their products to other countries.

The Office of International Business, Center for International Interaction of Science and Technology, which focuses on one of its work missions, is taking significant steps in this direction. One of these measures is to provide 4,000 services to empower and develop the market for 2,500 knowledge-based companies.

$600 Million Tomans of Knowledge-based Export in the Country

According to the office, the export of Iranian students was more than $600 million in 2019.

In this regard, Rouhollah Estiri, the manager of international business office, expressed: the export market of powerful Iranian scholars has good conditions, and this year we are trying to further develop this market despite obstacles such as corona disease and sanctions.

According to Estiri, it is difficult to predict the development of export of knowledge-based companies in the current year. However, attempts have been made to target middle-east and neighboring countries and expand the presence of Iranian products in these markets.
