According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Parviz Karami, secretary of the knowledge-based economy and culture-building technologies development headquarter, pointed out the publication of the seventh volume of the series of reports on evaluation of global experiences of startups, expressing: the study of the global experiences of startup companies in the field of social innovation with an emphasis on providing services to vulnerable populations is a topic that can be considered in our country. This book has been devoted to this issue by the knowledge-based publication center.
Karami continued: a survey of macro state of startups in the field of social innovation is one of the parts of the book that addresses the role of startups in providing services to vulnerable populations, the challenges and key opportunities of the community service sector, and startup solutions for strategic issues. In addition, a review of low-income startups and rural inhabitants is also part of the book, which is touched upon in this area to see innovation and flourishing.
Advisor to the vice president for science and technology affairs also affirmed: evaluation of each of the startups in the field of victims of natural disasters, vulnerable women and children, disabled and disadvantaged people, and charities is another part of this book. Of course, the technologies presented in the field of social innovation are presented in this book. Internet of things, recycling and water treatment, renewable energies, artificial intelligence, software platforms, data mining, robotics and sensors, and software platforms and applications are a variety of technologies in this field.
