According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, expressed on the 36^th council meeting of economy of resistance of Isfahan that the business environment of the province must be turned into a proper place for knowledge-based and startup businesses. In this regard, he added: the essential prerequisite for building knowledge-based businesses and start-ups is the promotion of business ecosystems. The social and business environment of the province must be the place for flourishing of innovative ideas and startup seeds. To this end, innovation centers, innovative factories, and science and technology parks of the private sector must supply the needs for growth of creative seeds.

The vice president for science and technology affairs pointed out the transformation of concept of science and technology parks in city of creativity and technology, expressing: the new generation of technology parks are moving toward providing unlimited services to all startups of the city. In addition, science and technology parks in creative cities establish an innovation area and startups can receive services from this area.

Sattari considered the rick culture and cultural heritage of Isfahan a basis for growth of startups and creative and cultural industries.

Sattari continued: today, from various areas of advanced technologies to service-providing businesses, we have startup activists and knowledge-based companies that are not polluting industries and provide services and products to the country from a small room. In addition, wealth creation is the prominent feature of these businesses. The vice president for science and technology affairs pointed out the capacity of Iran for presence of startup and knowledge-based Iranian businesses at the global level, asserting: ranked among the world"s 16th largest users, Iran is one of the largest internet users in the world. Meanwhile, the penetration rate of Persian language on the Internet is ranked 9^th. This potential capacity can be turned into wealth only if the foundation is laid for growth and flourishing of innovative businesses.

The president for national elites foundation stated that the highest rate of return of elites to Iran is related to startups. When a young man with a multi-thousand dollar income returns to Iran from a foreign country, he persists in making the business environment fertile in terms of impact and durability.

Sattari marked that the startup ecosystem of Iran is one of the most unique ecosystems in the region. In this regard, he continued: Iran is a good period in automotive industry. Good companies are active in the field of automotive industry, and their linkage with resources can provide a boost to knowledge-based businesses. In order to achieve this, we just have to welcome young people stand and allow them to make their innovations.

Meeting with the Representative of the Supreme Leader of Isfahan Province

During this travel, Sattari met with Ayatollah Seyed Yousef Tabtabaeinejhad, the representative of the Supreme Leader and the Friday Imam of Isfahan.

Start of Work of Three Military Knowledge-based Projects in the Presence of the Vice President for Science and Technology Affairs

In addition, Sattari witnessed the operational exploitation of three military projects initiated with the cooperation of domestic knowledge-based companies in the presence of the Shahid Vatanpour Fourth Base of Isfahan, which is one of the capable poles of Islamic Republic of Iran Army Aviation in the country.

The first project finalized by the Islamic Republic of Iran Army Aviation and with the cooperation of knowledge-based companies was the release of 214 rocket launchers. Before that, the rocket launcher was mounted only on the Kobra Helicopters. However, with the help of the knowledge-based company, the 214th helicopter, which is a helicopter that is considered a transportation helicopter, is equipped with a system that is capable of combat and guidance.

Another project finalized by this base is installation of Shafagh missile launcher on Kobra Helicopters.

The Obstacle Control and Night Vision Security System is the third project that has undergone the final stages of implementation and has entered the operational phase with the cooperation of several companies.

This is one of the largest bases on the Islamic Republic of Iran Army Aviation and is responsible for pilot, helicopter and technical training.

In addition, in the presence of the vice president for science and technology affairs and the commander of the fourth base of Shahid Vatanpour, the process of cooperation of knowledge-based companies with the Islamic Republic of Iran Army Aviation was evaluated in terms of construction and equipping of domestic systems that can be installed on different types of helicopters. Sattari expressed his satisfaction with the extraordinary achievements of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army Aviation in promotion of defense ability of the country during sanctions.

According to the vice president for science and technology affairs, cooperation between the military sections and knowledge-based companies is a proper model for other complexes and advancement fields of this area through joint cooperation of military and technology fields.

The vice president for science and technology affairs also visited the Ashtarjan Industrial Estate to witness their technological abilities and achievements in the industrial town and talk with the business activists of this complex, learning about their concerns and problems.

The vice president for science and technology affairs visited Packman knowledge-based company and learned about the achievements of activists of this active knowledge-based company in the heating industry with the title of condensing boiler.
