The eighth meeting of specialized working group of SEM devices of the laboratory network was held by the Nano-Optoelectronic Laboratory (NOPL) of Tarbiat Modares University and in the presence of 30 experts of the field.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, this meeting was held by the strategic technologies laboratory network with the approach of familiarization and sharing of experiences of experts of SEM and FESEM devices. Currently, this working group has 54 members.

In this meeting, Zohre Fatah, an expert of the strategic technologies laboratory network explained about the new programs and activities of the laboratory network.

She considered the specialized working groups of the laboratory network to be the center of cooperation and synergy of experts of the field, marking: a foundation is laid by these working groups so that their members could share their knowledge and experiences in the field of equipment and standardization of laboratory activities through holding educational workshops and publishing articles and books.

Sogol Pelasid, secretary of the specialized working group of SEM devices of the strategic technologies laboratory network, reviewed the programs and activities of this working group in the past five years and provided some recommendations for continuing the activities of its members.
