The elites and top talents of the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation were honored in the presence of the Vice President of Science and Technology.

 More than 5 million people are covered by the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation, of which 730,000 are students. 3,000 top talented students are covered by this Foundation, and 500 people with elite qualifications were selected and honored during this period.

Sorena Sattari, Vice President of Science and Technology, emphasized the role of society in preserving and retaining top talents and said: "Society has a very heavy responsibility towards top talents and should recognize its most important assets by fundamentally changing approaches and approaches."

He went on to say that the knowledge-based economy is based on human capital innovation: the dominant attitude is influenced by the oil economy and is resource-oriented; This economic approach does not care about manpower. Therefore, a new culture must be replaced and a new spirit must be breathed into the society in the eyes of its most important assets.

The Vice President of Science and Technology called the creation of a favorable environment for innovation and the flourishing of talents the most important prerequisite for the realization of the knowledge-based economy and said: "A young workforce needs a favorable environment for the activity to grow and excel." An ecosystem whose formation and prosperity requires awareness and culture.

Sattari, referring to the steps taken by the Vice Presidency of Science and Technology to expand the carpet of innovation and creative ecosystem under the feet of top talents and idea owners, added: "In recent years, we have tried to provide the ground for top talents to play a role by creating an innovation ecosystem." This was made possible with the help of various departments of innovation centers, accelerators, and knowledge-based and creative companies.

The Vice President of Science and Technology called the creative and innovative youth the owners of the future and transformation of the country and added: "The creative youth have the greatest asset, the future, and create a new atmosphere for fateful change and change."

 Emphasizing that the definition of elite and superior talent must change with a new culture, Sattari added: "The definition of the oil economy must change and provide the basis for superior talent based on a knowledge-based thinking to someone who is an entrepreneur." It is said to be slow or innovative, to solve a problem of society.

He also said: "Successful entrepreneurs have overcome the limitations and the entrepreneurial culture is based on the effort, ability, and serious determination of motivated people who are not disappointed despite the shortcomings."
