Start of Movement in Line with the Culture-building Slogan of Supporting “Made in Iran”

On April 13^th, the vice president for science and technology affairs initiated the move toward the ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship by traveling to his paternal homeland, Qarchak.

In addition to attending the conference on support of Iranian products, he talked with activists of the industrial town of the city and learned about the completion process of Shahid Sattari Hospital in Qarchak.

Appearance of the Signs of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Torbat-e Heydarieh and Bajestan

On May 6^th, cities of Torbat-e Heydarieh and Bajestan hosted the vice president for science and technology affairs and his accompanying delegation. One of the most memorable events of this travel was paying tributes to war martyrs.

From Chah Nime to Universities

The vice president for science and technology affairs and his accompanying delegation traveled to Sistan and Baluchestan on May 14^th and visited Zabol.

Evaluation of water problems and support of technologies in this field were some of the goals of this one-day trip. The University of Zabol and infrastructural needs to help supporting academic technologies were other topics of this travel of the vice president to Sistan and Baluchestan.

Mourning the Loss of a Member of the Ecosystem

On June 2^nd, the sudden news on the passing of Dr. Mahmoud Sheikh Zeinoddin, the late deputy of innovation and commercialization and architect of innovation centers of the country, led to the mourning of all of his colleagues.

On June 3^rd, the delegation of science and technology entered Isfahan to accompany the body of this figure to his tomb in Behesht Rezvan of Isfahan. May his soul rest in peace.

Improvements by Knowledge-based at the Heart of the Dessert

On August 7^th, Markazi Province hosted the vice president for science and technology affairs to inaugurate the production line of “Food and Drug Freezing Dryer” at industrial levels.

The Sign of Innovation and Technology on “Bisotoun”

On August 14^th, Sattari traveled to Kermanshah and visited industrial knowledge-based units based in the province and talked with technology activists of these units.

The first phase of the innovation center of Kermanshah was established with the support of the Vice-Presidency.

By signing an agreement between the Vice-Presidency and the governorate, the restoration and completion of the semi-arranged building of the science and technology park of this province was carried out in the heart of Kermanshah.

Unveiling Two Knowledge-based Products in Chaharmahal va Bakhtiari

On August 20^th, the Charak science and technology park of Chaharmahal va Bakhtiari hosted the vice president for science and technology affairs to unveil two knowledge-based products of printer for production of a mold molding chamber for casting and advanced turning simulator.

Visiting the gamma-ray development plan as the basic infrastructure for the production of sterile medical products was one of the other programs of this one-day trip.

Planning on Turning Tabriz into “City of Stem Cells”

September 2^nd, the East Azerbaijan Province hosted the vice president for science and technology affairs.

The purpose of the trip was to develop and promote stem cell technology. Therefore, a memorandum of understanding was signed on the launch of the rehabilitation of stem cells and medical cells by the head of the Tabriz University of Medical Sciences and the director of the Rabe Rashidi Special Area of Science and Technology. The City of East Azerbaijan project will start its activities soon with the cooperation of the Tabriz University of Medical Sciences and the East Azerbaijan province.

“Golestan” Will Be Turned into the Garden of Biotechnology

On September 22^nd, Sattari traveled to Golestan province to realize the development of biotechnology in this province. A trilateral on biotechnology development in Golestan province was signed by Sorena Sattari, the vice president of science and technology, Seyed Monaf Hashemi, Golestan Provincial Governor, Esmaeil Ghaderifar, head of the center for strategic technology development, and Majid Shahbazi, the representative of Vision Drug Pharmed.

Ardabil Owned an Innovation Center

On September 24^th, the vice president for science and technology affairs inaugurated the “Innovation Center of Ardabil”.

10 Technological Products Were Exhibition in West Azerbaijan

On October 16^th 2019, the West Azerbaijan province hosted the vice president for science and technology affairs to unveil 10 technological products in its science and technology park.

The City of Flower and Hot Springs Hosted Innovation and Technology

On October 20^th, the vice president for science and technology affairs visited Mahalat and stone factories of the region. In addition, Sattari was familiarized with the achievements of the national flower research center in the city.

“Anzali” Will Become an Energy-based Region

During the travel of the vice president for science and technology affairs to Anzali Free Zone, a memorandum of understanding was signed between this zone and the energy technologies development headquarter.

Along with the Caravan of Hope and Prude in “Semnan”

On November 24^th, the vice president for science and technology affairs traveled to Semnan in line with the caravan of hope and prude to visit the technology units in the science and technology park of Shahrud. Sattari also visited the technological achievements of health technology and growth center of Semnan University of Medical Sciences.

Start of the First Needs of the Urban Innovation Center in Khorasan

Pilgrimage to Imam Reza Shrine was the first part of travel to Razavi Khorasan Province. On December 31^st, the vice president for science and technology affairs visited the first phase of the innovation center of Mashhad in the presence of a number of urban authorities. It has been decided to prepare the second phase of the center in four different phases of flourishing and commercializing innovations to solve urban problems and needs.

The religious capital of the country owned an innovation factory during this travel. The contract for renovation of the nostalgic Coca Cola factory as the second innovation factory of the country was signed during the travel.

Inauguration of Innovation Center of Birjand University

On January 6^th, the vice president for science and technology affairs inaugurated the innovation center and heavy computation center of University of Birjand.

In addition, the vice president for science and technology affairs inaugurated one of the largest biotechnology organizations of east of the country in South Khorasan Province established by the domestic experts of Iran.

Inauguration of Health Technology Park of Isfahan

On January 13^th, the health technology park of the medical university was inaugurated in addition to exploiting knowledge-based and technological products made in Iran in the field of medicine and health.

Production of Two Iranian Knowledge-based Devices by Technologists of Isfahan

In visit of the health town of Isfahan, the vice president for science and technology affairs, two advanced Iranian devices were presented.

In a part of the visit, the medical linear accelerator made in Iran was installed and inaugurated for diagnosis and treatment of cancer.

Innovation on the Verge of Winter as the Guest of a Tropical Province of the Country

During the travel to Bushehr, a memorandum of agreement was signed to establish innovation and technology centers with the goal of developing knowledge in Persian Gulf University of Bushehr.

The vice president for science and technology affairs also inaugurated the innovation center of Bushehr with the goal of establishment of technology units and development of knowledge-based and startup businesses.

The Ecosystem of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Reached “Ilam”

On the verge of the 40^th anniversary of victory of Islamic Revolution, the vice president for science and technology affairs traveled to Ilam. In this travel, some important units were inaugurated for the development of the ecosystem of the province, including the research center of medical plants of University of Ilam.

In addition, the research and technology foundation of the science and technology park of the province was inaugurated in the presence of the vice president for science and technology affairs, the governor of Ilam, head of the park and some other provincial authorities in order to support innovative and knowledge-based products.

Unveiling Three Technological Products in Qom

Pilgrimage to Hazrat Masoumeh Shrine and visiting the representatives of the supreme leader and scientific programs were among the most important programs of the travel of the science and technology delegation to Qom. On February 5^th, the vice president met with religious scholars and was familiarized with the latest knowledge and technological achievements of the province. In addition, three knowledge-based products were unveiled.

Sattari also visited the exhibition of 40 years of dignity of the Islamic Revolution in Quds Musala and was familiarized with some provincial achievements and activities of administrative organizations in the field of knowledge-based.

Tower of Innovation Is Opened in Hormozgan

In order to visit and evaluate the process of inauguration of innovation tower of Hormozgan province, Sattari entered Bandar Abbas on February 6^th. In this one-day travel, the vice president for science and technology affairs along with Dr. Hasan Rouhani, the president, visited the establishment of a completely domestic submarine.

In addition, Sattari unveiled three products of companies based in the science and technology park of the city in the field of treatment, construction engineering, and oil, gas, and petrochemical industries.

Visit of the Macro Project and Technological Achievements of Isfahan

During a one-day travel to Isfahan, Sattari unveiled the achievements of researchers of Isfahan in Royan research center and was familiarized with the research process in this field.

Afterwards, Sattari visited Azad University and the growth center and achievements of knowledge-based companies based in the university.

“Qazvin” Showcased Its Technological Achievements

On February 26^th, the president of the knowledge-based economy and culture-building technologies development headquarter traveled to Qazvin to visit the latest technological and innovative achievements of the country. During this visit, he learned about the products of the industrial units of the province in the exhibition of capabilities of industries based on industrial regions and towns.

“Shiraz” Is Turned into a Place for Growth of Startups and Development of Biotech Drugs

On March 5^th, the PersisGene specialized accelerator of Shiraz was inaugurated with the support of the private sector in a field with an area of 10 hectares.

The vice president along with the governor of Fars and head of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences visited the Mohammad Rasolallah Research Tower to evaluate the abilities of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences in the field of stem cells.

Falak-ol-Aflak Hosted the Ecosystem of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

On March 12^th, Sattari traveled to Lorestan. He first visited Borujerd and then visited the latest achievements of innovation center in Ayatollah Borujerdi University.

The innovation center of Ayatollah Borujerdi University has been designed in three phases with an area of 1000 m², the first phase of which has been established in an area of 400 m².

Reminding the Memories of Former Authorities and Anticipating the Future Path

One of the features of these travels, which is the knowledge and technology and the promotion of culture, was the focus of all the effective and influential sectors of the provinces. The president of the knowledge-based economy and culture-building technologies development headquarter attended a meeting in the presence of provincial authorities and decision-makers as the final part of his provincial travels across the nation.

By attending the administrative council meetings or council of economy of resistance, he reminded the necessities of developing the ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship and key role of provincial authorities and various parts of the society in support of innovation and entrepreneurship.

Paying tributes to martyrs, visiting science and technology parks, innovation and research centers, and attending meetings with domestic talents and researchers and meeting with the representatives of the supreme leader and Friday Imams were all the fixed parts of the travels of the vice president to different parts of the country.
