Emphasizing the sympathy between society parts and players of the ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship, the vice president for science and technology affairs stated: unity and empathy are the most valuable asset of players of the ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, attended the opening ceremony of the international exhibition of innovation and technology (INOTEX 2019) and emphasized the role of such events in showcasing the abilities of players of startup ecosystem of Iran to the world, expressing: the valuable asset for booming of this ecosystem is sympathy between the players. What paves the way for creative work and flourishing of innovations is unity and sympathy between the players of the ecosystem and cooperation of all society parts with this area. This component is the most valuable asset of a society that wants to move toward innovation.

A 50-step Growth in Global Innovation Indicators of Iran

Pointing the serious efforts made in the ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship, Sattari reported that Iran has experienced a 50-step growth in its global innovation index (GII). In this regard, he added: we benefit from extraordinary human resources, universities and science and technology parks and believe in the innovation of our youth. We believe that this issue must be expanded in other parts of the country.

Presence of More than 50 Investors in INOTEX Investment Café 2019

Akbar Ghanbarpour, the innovation development deputy of Pardis Technology Park and the secretary of the 8^th INOTEX exhibition, stated: the first round of the exhibition was held in 2015, which was only for foreign creative companies and countries.

According to the secretary of the 8^th INOTEX exhibition, 400 B2B meetings will be held between the players of ecosystem of innovation and technology. In addition, four events will be held in the area of vehicles, metal, insurance, and firefighting in the exhibition, and the necessary industries will be transferred to technologists and entrepreneurs to find a suitable solution and conclude contracts.

“Startups” Always Attend Exhibitions

In another part of the ceremony, Bahman Hosseinzadeh, the supervisor of stock company of international exhibitions of Iran, pointed out the support of presence of knowledge-based companies and startups in various events and exhibitions.

In INOTEX of this year, which will be held by the efforts of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, 400 business sessions and specialized educational panels will be held in the presence of more than 200 startups and 100 knowledge-based companies. In addition, the representatives of more than 61 member countries of Asia-Pacific Innovation Forum (ESCAP) will attend the event.
