The Iranian national science foundation has approved the support of 11 inventions for international registration.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, one of the most important necessities and prerequisites of enterance of knowledge-based products into international markets is ensuring the protection of intellectual property rights and proof of ownership by technologists and companies. Therefore, intellectual property systems, and in particular the patent system, have been created for the official registration of these achievements and the acquisition of ownership of individuals by their innovations and initiatives in different countries.

The Iranian national science foundation has created a working group to support the registration of inventions. At the last session of the working group, after reviewing 23 patents, 11 patents for international registration were approved, including areas such as air and space, chemistry, medical engineering, telecommunications, and systems. This working group evaluates the inventions received by the center and support the approved projects for international registration.
