Students Will Produce Short Scientific Films in Cooperation with Their Families

The fourth round of Noor Student Competition will be held with the cooperation of families to produce 60-second scientific films.

The Mustafa Foundation will hold the fourth round of Noor Student Competition. The event will be held on the occasion of honoring Professor Yaghi. The goal of the event is motivating the young generation of the Islamic world to create new horizons in the field of science and technology and help the growth of talents in the country.

Given the outbreak of corona disease and closing of educational centers, we can increase students’ motivation to conduct scientific and educational activities by holding scientific competitions. The fourth round of the event will follow this goal.

Students can send their 60-second films to the secretariat of the competition until August 21st, 2020 in the form of two-three-member groups.

Noor Student Competition is held every year. The subject of the fourth round of the competition is the making of one-minute short science films on the subject of matter and energy.

The previous round of the competition was held in robotics field. In total, 5122 students registered for the event in the form of 2183 groups and 1733 films were sent to the secretariat. In the end, 100 top groups were appreciated. Registration for the event has been extended to August 21st, 2020.
