Emphasizing the support of knowledge-based companies by the Islamic Consultative Assembly, Larijani reminded that sanctions had created an opportunity for attention to domestic capacities. In this regard, he stated: warranties must exist on the export of products in the technology field of the country.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs quoted by the Icana News Agency, Ali Larijani, the Spokesperson of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, expressed his consent with the efforts made in the technology field on a meeting with the managers and staff of knowledge-based companies and startups, asserting: I have been previously informed of your progress and reports have been presented on the advancement of technological youth by Mr. Safari. However, the problems of the country and complications in our situation have not allowed me to visit these enhancements in-person.

The assembly is prepared to cooperate with those involved in the elite path

Larijani continued: the main focus is on helping elites in various fields based on the statements of the Supreme Leader. In addition, one of the issues in this section is related to the law that was approved 10 years ago and might require some corrections in its implementation, which could help the technological business environment. Therefore, establishing a team for assessing this issue will be highly welcomed and supported since the law can be changed in a way that it would benefit the business environment.

Larijani pointed out that despite the financial limitations, the assembly is prepared to allocate a share to the technological field from the development fund.

Addressing the elites, Larijani marked: you are the active force of the country and we hope that you are active in this field and explain any obstacles to business rules to the assembly, whether it is related to the legislations, or the government so that the affairs related to your work could be facilitated.

The president of the legislative institution of the country mentioned that the equipment produced inside the country must not be exported. In this respect, he promised following up the issue so that the production of fundamental products of the country by knowledge-based companies could be supported by the government.
