The 13^th Volume of Book of “Evaluation of Global Experiences of Startup Companies” is published, dedicated to startup companies in the field of education. Presenting new technological solutions in the field of education is one of the sections of the book.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Parviz Karami, the secretary of knowledge-based economy and culture-building technologies development headquarter, announced the publication of the 13^th Volume of Book of “Evaluation of Global Experiences of Startup Companies”, expressing: this volume is dedicated to startup companies in the field of education. According to the reports, startups have carried out proper activities in this field, and publication of this book could contribute to paving the way of these enterprises.

Karami continued: one of the major goals of education systems is training experts to eliminate occupational needs in various fields. In the new era and with the emergence of innovation technologies and development in industries, we have witnessed considerable changes in various business areas, each demanding specific occupational and professional needs. However, these requirements are rapidly changing, which increases the importance of flexibility in educational system’s contents, tools, and space.

Head of communications and information center of the Vice-Presidency also asserted: given the decreased age of active society members, development of life skills, improving the literacy of the third millennium and flourishing of emotional intelligence of individuals are among the goals of education systems. Currently, the foundation has been laid for using technologies and tools in line with increasing life experiences and equipping the third millennium with knowledge by the participation of social foundations and role playing of technology in human beings’ life.

Using the Capacity of Online Social and Educational Networks

Karami explained different parts of the book, claiming: the evolution of the educational system, the new technological trends in the field of education, the key challenges and opportunities of the field of education, the activity chain in the field of education, and the development of occupational and professional skills are among the issues raised in this book.

He also considered using the capacity of social and online educational networks, making the training process interactive, applying the distance learning capacity, exploiting cloud-based learning, and changing content from silent text to empirical and multidisciplinary content as the new technological trends of education field.

In total, 13 volumes of the book of “Evaluation of Global Experiences of Startup Companies” have been published by the Vice-Presidency in various businesses fields. Given the culture-building and developing the ecosystem of new, knowledge-based and startup companies, this book has been published as one of the key missions of the Vice-Presidency.
