This is one of the priorities and missions of the Vice Presidency of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, on the other hand, the Innovation and Prosperity Fund also plays a key role in supporting national and strategic plans. Knowledge-based companies are also the axis and basis of advancing these national and strategic plans.

Regarding the implementation of these projects, he considered the formation of knowledge-based consortia and financing as two basic and central issues and added: One of the main and fundamental axes in the realization of these plans is the formation of large knowledge-based consortia on the one hand and financing and guarantees on the other hand. Definitely, this should be done jointly without mission interference.

Dehghani continued: After this joint working group is formed, synergy is the basis of activities. On the eve of the formation of this committee, views should be raised and shortcomings should be resolved so that both sides reach a common point. The projects that are approved in this working group, the duties and responsibilities of both parties should be determined clearly.

It should be noted that one of the measures jointly and in cooperation with the Vice Presidency of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy and the Innovation and Prosperity Fund is the national knowledge-based and technological projects.

It was decided that the joint working group of national plans, under the chairmanship of the vice president of science, technology and knowledge-based economy, will direct the direct and indirect tools to the approved plans and lay the foundation for the realization of large knowledge-based plans. In this meeting, several national plans for introduction and approval for financing and other support measures were introduced.
