The creative students of the country have until the end of May to send their works to the secretary of the fifth short film festival of schools, which will be held by the soft and identity-making technologies development headquarter and Farhange Ghalam Development Institute.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, students of the country can send their works to major section of story, documentary, science and education, animation, advertisement teasers, and photo-clips, screen writing and advertisement movies by referring to the official website of the festival (http://madresefestival.ir) until the end of May.

In total, 300 works have been sent to the secretary of the fifth short film festival of schools, which will increase by extending the registration deadline of the event.

This festival will be held to encourage artistic and talented students of the country in order to provide creative and appropriate contents in the form of films and animations proportional to the national and Islamic culture of the country.

The effective presence in art education of students with the goal of improving the quality of art productions, modeling for all organizations working in the area of art, recognizing and guiding the talented artists of the country and educating talents are other goals of the festival, which will be held by the soft and identity-making technologies development headquarter.

The fifth festival will be held in two main (story, animation, documentary, science and education, photo-clip, and advertisement teasers [Iranian brands]) and side (screen writing and advertisement devices [poster, photo, teaser]) sections.

The special topics suggested for the event include safe school (suggested by the youth organization of Iranian Red Crescent Society), role of nanotechnology in life, the picture of future with nanotechnology (suggested by the nanotechnology development headquarter), family and inter-generation dialogue (suggested by the vice president for women and family affairs), and the future of Iran (suggested by movie ambassador).

Mosque, family and school (suggested by cultural and art associations of mosques of the country), renewable energies (suggested by energy technologies development headquarter), charity (suggested by Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation), and a documentary on the process of performing educational and research activities in schools of talent (suggested by the national center of talents and young researchers) are other topics of the festival.
