Secretary of biotechnology development headquarter stated: creating accelerators will accelerate the production of biomedicine in the country.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Mostafa Ghanei, secretary of biotechnology development headquarter, expressed about the necessity of establishing new accelerators in the biotechnology field: creating bio accelerators is necessary in the drug production field. To date, 20 wealth-creating medications have been successfully produced by this accelerator.

He added: the aim of the headquarter is production and localization of 50 out 120 key medications in the country. We hope to achieve this goal by establishing new accelerators.

According to Ghanei, creating new accelerators will lead to the production of 35 new medical products. In addition, we have reached the first position in Asia in terms of production of bio medications.
